Yesterday, after I wrote here that Joel had begun walking with his walker again, and that I felt almost certain he was ready to just take off.  We were out in the backyard, and this happened.

Prasie the Lord! Joel is such an inspiration in my life and the faith you and Ryan have is even a larger blessing to me. Your family has touched so many lives through Joel…the work God is doing is incredible. God Bless you and thank you for sharing and blessing so many people.

I stumbled on this video via Julie Butler’s FB page. I didn’t know any of the story, but found myself weeping. I asked Julie for your baby’s story and she gave me the link to your blog. Now that I see it, I can remember when Joel was first diagnoses and some of our mutual friends were posting prayer requests. Anyway, so happy to see your little guy walking and playing ball. There are a few little ones I pray for regularly and I will pray that your little guy is healed. May God give you the strength and peace you need for each day.

I’ve watched this video so many times and each time I shed tears of joy for your family! What a beautiful thing to have happen! The joy on Joels face and the joyful smiles and laughter from everyone cheering him on is amazing! Thank you for sharing all this joy with everyone! Love and Light to you all! Peggy

Oh my…. What a beautiful sight to see.!! .. and the joy in the laughter !! Reduced me to rubble…lol. Your all doing awesome guys. I’ve been following and praying for you all for the longest time now.. and feel blessed to be part of the journey. The honesty and transparencies of your lives that you’ve shared along the way continues to be amazing. You’ve become part of my journey too and spoken a lot into my world, which has been marked by illness and the joys of autism..lol. Despite how our circumstances look at times though … How awesome that we can trust in God for our outcomes and claim the Victory in His word !

Oh ..and before I go. Just wanted to add hopefully a little encouragement in regards to Joels hearing aids. I myself had to get them last year… and I have to say, I thought i’d never get used to them. It was difficult because on one hand I couldn’t hear conversations properly without them…but on the other hand…Yowzers the sound was painful when I wore them. I did a similar thing that I noticed you mentioned also.. I sort of got used to using one and battled with having the other… and Wala long story short… finally nearly a year later, they’ve become more normal to me. I was told that my brain would rewire itself and it would happen… but when your going through it your not convinced…lol. Anyways ..hope that helps a little :0)

    Take Care
