We are only just beginning to make plans, but we expect Joel’s Memorial service to be Tuesday March 18th. ¬†We will announce the exact time and location as we settle those details, possibly tomorrow. ¬†Everyone will be welcome.

I want to show my support for this wonderful family, but cannot make the memorial service. I was wondering what Joel’s favorite color was. I am hoping y’all are okay if my family writes a prayer for Joel and te Green family, ties it to a balloon in his favorite color, and release it during his memorial. I will ask my friends that have followed your story to do the same to celebrate his precious life.

Ryan, Amy and family~ My heart goes out to you. You and Joel are such a testimony of God’s grace and love. When Dick told me the news, I cried, knowing a little of what you have gone through. The strange thing is, for some reason, God had brought him to mind several times this past week and I prayed, not knowing how he was. Thankfully as believers we know that Joel is now in Jesus’ arms, and running and playing pain free and that you will see him again. Our prayers and love to you as you and the boys miss this happy little boy. In His love, Dick and Kathy Lovenburg

May God heal your pain quickly. I really do not know what to say but my heart breaks for your entire family and wish there was something I could say to make it better for you. One thing is for certain, you have a very special Angel watching over you…you will never be alone, he will be with you always! God Bless you all!!
