Thank you to everyone who came to Joel’s memorial service and supported us, and everyone who watched it live from home.  Our understanding is that anyone who watched live got to see the whole service, but that if anyone tried to view it after the fact they weren’t able to watch the actual video of the service.  We’re looking into whether or not there is a way to post the service now for viewing after the fact.

Either way we are going to post some videos we showed as well as text of what we and others said during the service.  We would love to post that all tonight, but the truth is we are severely exhausted.  So we are going to sleep.  Sometime in the next couple days we will post these things.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Joel is in heaven, pain free and giggling his delightful giggle. Much love and support to you both, your children, your family and friends. xxx

I am deeply sorry that little Joel went Home so soon. My tears and prayers are with you. KNOW THIS, his homecoming was so very precious to our Father and that He now holds him in His arms. He is free and happy and more alive than ever before! No more suffering, no more frustration for him. He now has a perfect life and I believe everything you saw him doing he will do either in the millenium when Christ rules with His church or up in the Kingdom. Jessee Duplantis saw alot of heaven (he is a preacher). He saw people still learning what they did not learn down here. He also saw children being raised up there and said if the Lord tarries, you will see your children as an adult some day. When I look at that beautiful baby picture of him, I see those bright eyes and know that they are once again bright and full of joy at last because he has no limitations!! I also fought the good fight of faith for my mother and believed she would be healed and had alot of prayer. She, too, went home to be with the Lord and it was very peaceful. I know God is faithful but yet didn’t understand. I just decided to trust Him until someday I understand more. God is good and His Word to us is true and that is settled in my heart for now. Thank you for sharing all your days with us. Both of you have given God the glory and His body of believers have all grown with you. Precious in His eyes is the homecoming of His loved ones. Agape, dianne

I was unable to watch the live video feed, and was one who went after and only say one 40 second and one just over 18 minutes. I will keep an eye for what you post – but for now know that I am praying for you all to get some rest, to feel God’s great peace in your hearts as you take the time you need to move forward and to know that you are all loved and continuing to be prayed for. Joel’s life and your transparency through his short but very full life have touched MANY and your story and your faith will continue to do so! May God bless you and keep you all in HIS TENDER LOVING arms as you rest and regain strength for the next steps of your journey with HIM!!!

Amy and Ryan, I was able to watch the complete service via the live streaming. Thank you for the opportunity to be with you at least in spirit. What a little miracle Joel was!
A transcript of what was said would be wonderful as the sound quality (at least on my computer) was not the best and I missed much of what was said.
You are all in my prayers. Joel brought us all together in love. Thank you for sharing him with all of us.

I am so sad I missed the service! You guys are constantly in my prayers! Phoebe prays for you every night that Jesus will help you not be sad. Asking Daddy God to give you rest for your weary bodies and hearts! Also praying for his supernatural peace, strength and comfort to continue to pour over your family! I am so glad you have Daddy God to lean on during this time! Lots of love to you guys! ~ Amorette
